Travel Purpose: business

Positive: It was in walking distance to my work targeted place. The staff supervisoe Carlos was trying to help althought he did not know English , it was good that he used a translation app. It was an interesting exoerience.

Negative: I learned that it was not a hotel but an apartment which would be shared by other people after I arrived there, I had to wait for about an hour for someone to bring keys. Curtains were not proper. Some of the lamps did not work. Heating was not on, the room was.a little bir cold. Room was not so clean. No room service was available .

Summary: Surprise it is not a hotel!
