Every luxurious amenity, including beautiful, heated pool with Spa; elevator beginning at ground level and servicing all 3 floors of the home and a hot tub on the primary suite deck. The comfortable great room on the second floor is the gathering spot with an inviting, open living area with gas fireplace.
Gorgeous chef's kitchen equipped with high end appliances and huge quartzite island with seating for six. Ample room for both dining and socializing with the chef.
Dining area seats eight. Outside dining accommodates 10.
First floor: Poolside family room with a wet bar. There are Two en-suite bedrooms on first floor, one with queen sized bed and the other bedroom is a 4 bed bunk room perfect for the kids. There is large laundry room on this first floor.
