Other things to note:
WE ARE OFF THE GRID - meaning we ship all our water and gas up on trucks. Because of this we kindly ask you to be water and gas conscious. If using the pools Jacuzzi, please tun it off when finished to preserve gas. If left on day and night, you do run the risk of running out and will have to pay the emergency call out fee.
* There is a $100 fee per extra guest, past 6 guests.
* This home has multiple baby gates available and a pack n play if needed.
* We are pet friendly (please notify the host a little about your furry family member, prior to your stay). There is a $100 cleaning fee per pet.
* Cameras. We have 2 outdoor security cameras. One at the entry and the other over the pool equipment. They are never viewed unless an incident occurs.
