Positive: An excellent location on a bank of a roaring Gaula river with beautiful cascades (Likholefossen is only 1,5 km-s away), nice views of mountains all around, several hiking trails from short to longer ones. There's even an almost private secret natural swimming pool 100 meters upstream from the house. Lots of privacy. The house has everything you need except wifi. Helpful host. This was geographically the best-positioned house we rented on our 10 days long trip in Norway.

Negative: The second-floor bedrooms under the roof have a very-very low ceiling, so you cannot stand up there, really. The ladder (you can't call it stairs) to the second floor is very steep, so if you are unable or too timid to climb up 2 meters you better consider any other place. But you can also sleep on the coach on the first floor. To get to the house you first need to call the host (write down her number!) who will direct you to the right house across the highway from her house. She is very friendly and helpful, do not hesitate to contact her!
