Summary: There is no staff interaction, it is an automatic entrance system. You are provided with the exit door key pad number and the door number is the last four digits of your phone number. This is not too much of an issue as you do have contact numbers for any issues. Room was huge, with kitchenette, and clean. Large comfy bed. The onlh place we stayed that had a USB adapter available - a big plus for a UK visitor. The slight negatives, the room is in the ground floor and outside is rhe corridor to the attached restaurant. Regrettably sone noise was heard. Also the main front door is not locked. Now we had no problems, but I did wonder about the security of the premises. All in all a good stay and still recommended.
