The cottage grounds are part of a former plant nursery and have an abundance of camellias, sweet olive, hydrangea, magnolias, and other flowering trees and shrubs. There is a screened porch where you can enjoy nature out of the element or under the ceiling fan. The monstrous old sweet olive tree will scent the entire neighborhood several times a year. And, of course, songbirds are plentiful and always such a delight to hear and observe.
