This fantastic farmhouse, restored at the end of 2017, is located in the heart of the Baix Empordà, surrounded by fields and nature in a privileged setting in the heart of Empordanet. Located just 15 minutes from some of the most privileged areas of the Costa Brava and it’s fabulous coves and beaches such as Aiguablava, Sa Riera, Tamariu, Calella de Palafrugell and Llafranc.
Can Puig Sec, is a large farmhouse consisting of a spectacular kitchen, fully equipped, ideal to enjoy the cuisine of the area in the company of the family. Fully equipped and with an indoor barbecue area ideal to enjoy pleasant evenings. From there you can access a splendid terrace ideal for long after-hours. In this same level we find a reading room also with access to the outside terrace. The right wing of the house is composed of a TV lounge and a large living room with large windows that give light and spaciousness to the living room. From the same room you can access the terrace and the garden area of the main entrance of the farm. Complimentary bathroom. From the living room you can access a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower. This bedroom leads to the adjoining bedroom, where we find a single bed, play area and bathroom with shower. Both rooms have access to the garden area. These are the only rooms on the ground floor.
Four bedrooms are distributed on the upper floor. One of these bedrooms is the master suite, consisting of a TV area with fireplace, large private bathroom with shower and access to a fantastic terrace and to the pool area. On this same floor we find a bedroom with two beds and private bathroom with shower. A bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with shower and another bedroom with double bed.
The farmhouse is surrounded by a large and pleasant garden where we find the pool area, a fantastic chill-out area with a summer kitchen with barbecue. From the pool we enjoy a splendid view of the farmhouse and the garden as well as the amazing Empordanet region.
Right next to the main house we find a small house composed of living room with fireplace and open kitchen. On the fist floor we find a bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with shower.
The main house has air conditioning, laundry area, parking area.
The rental price includes a maid service four hours a day from Monday to Saturday.
