Positive: We were welcomed personally by Luis and Teresa with a beautiful basket of goodies (essentials, milk, bread, coffee, juice, cheeses, homemade relish, honey, wine, their own port, fruit) and a beautiful homemade cake!! We have been travelling for 9 weeks and this is the first time we have had this happen. Such a beautiful gesture and such lovely people to go with it. The property was lovely and served our needs for the two nights we were there, we cooked both nights (get groceries before you go, the town does not have anywhere to buy food).The kitchen was well equipped. 3 bdrms each had a bathroom. We had a seperate living/dining area as well. There was also a beautiful area down a lane about 100m where we went to their outdoor area with pool and outdoor spaces to BBQ, play basketball, darts etc. It all felt very authentic, just how we wanted to experience Portugal.
