There are local necessities no more than a few minutes away. Waterfront canal property with Lake access 500 yds away either from boat launch or directly from the river through the NYs lock system. This is a newly built home with new hosts. We hope you like our get-away spot.

For guests who wish to bring their boat with them, there will be a seasonal dock typically in May through the end of September. Please check with us if to make sure the dock is in, if this is a material item for your stay. The dock is capable of holding up to 1 medium size boat. Also the NYS canal system has hours of operation for opening and closing the locks. Usually these hours range from 7am to 10pm during the open season.
