It has spacious living areas, comfortable bedrooms, and a large terrace where you can breathe in the relaxing breeze of the sea. A perfect shelter for a peaceful holiday. There are restaurants, cafes and beaches nearby.Our entire villa belongs to you. On the ground floor there is an open kitchen, living room, WC, cloakroom. On the 2nd floor there are 3 bedrooms, one of which is an en-suite bedroom, 2 bathrooms and toilets. We have a baby bed and high chair, but information must be given in advance. Our villa is prepared for your use with an internal water purification system, Bosch brand built-in and white goods (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, refrigerator, Turkish coffee machine, filter coffee machine, bean grinder, samovar style tea machine, blender). If you want to cook your own meals, all kitchenware and basic materials are in our kitchen. Our barbecue, macrame umbrellas and sun loungers are ready in the garden. Our spare sheets, bath and beach towels are new and have never been used. We also have toys for our young guests to play with. Our basic hygiene materials are ready. There is a 10 m² terrace on the 3rd floor of our villa. Our terrace; It spreads the entirety of Samos Island, Çiçek Island and Akarca Bay under your feet. The view can be seen as far as the shores of the ancient city of Teos. You can quickly reach the Blue Flag beaches in the region from our house. You can enjoy the deep blue sea at Akkum Beach, Ekmeksiz Beach, Akarca Beach. Our villa was completed in 2025. It is a quiet, peaceful and completely away from noise, delightful stone house.
