Summary: They say they sleep 14 i had 12 adults the beds sucked three out of the five beds were for kids 4 and under. I can say it is kid friendly but not for 12 adults over sixty. They said they had a pullout sofa bed ( not true) they had a bean bag not enough linen and towels. Disappointed!
