The Boathouse is a private, one-bedroom cottage on the grounds of La Bougainvillea, a boutique ocean-front resort. The hotel features a stunning infinity edge pool, bar and restaurant overlooking the crystal blue waters of the Atlantic.
A complete transformation of this hotel was completed in November of 2016. Every room was completely remodeled with coral tiles, new fixtures, window treatments, sinks, toilets and beds; no expense was spared!
The Boathouse has a loft bedroom with a king bed, a full kitchen, living room with sofa and flat screen TV, and one full bath with double sinks and a walk-in shower. It also has a private fenced yard.
The La Bougainvillea restaurant and bar offers breakfast, lunch and dinner and the finest of wines and spirits and specialty cocktails. We have also transformed our interior to allow for indoor dining with unfettered views of the Atlantic. And outdoors, right alongside the pool is the restaurant, bar & grill with intricately decked-cabanas for those wishing to enjoy the warm sunshine, balmy breezes or a romantic candle-lit evening dining under the stars.
Surround yourself in first class comfort. Come relax in the pool or stroll down to take a dip in the ocean on our wide pink sand beach. Snorkeling is steps off the beach where coral reefs abound! Enjoy an afternoon of watching tropical fish play on the reefs, rest on the spacious patio overlooking the beach, or unwind in the hammock.

The La Bougainvillea hotel comes with daily housekeeping. Car rental is recommended and can be reserved in advance.
