The apartment located in one of Gràcia’s neighborhoods, a few minutes away from Park Güell-one of Gaudi's famous masterpieces- offering some of the best views over Barcelona. It’s a quite and peaceful area with very good public transportation.
It is found of a peaceful family building and has been fully refurbished and renovated with all the latest appliances and comforts you may need. In a neighborhood close to the city center but quite and green. A perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day sightseeing.
The apartment has 75 m2 and consists of:
A living room with a 40 ”smart TV, DVD player, sofa, and a dining room table big enough for 6 people.
3 bedrooms - 1 master bedroom with two twin beds, 1 doubleroom and one bedroom with a trundle bed. The master bedroom and the double bedroom can include one single bed, or two beds that can be pushed apart. All the rooms face the exterior.
A complete bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen connected to a charming balcony with one table and two chairs.
Crib and high chair are available for infants. If needed, please let us know in the booking process.
Heating and air conditioning in the entire house and high speed Wifi connection.
Parking in the same building (not suitable for 8 seater cars). Ask for availability. The price per night of the parking is 10 euros.
Please note our apartment is on the 2nd floor with no lift.

We are a 3 minute walk from the bus station and 5-7 minutes away from Vallcarca subway Station (L3) which directly leads to many famous Barcelona landmarks in a short time (Paseo de Gracia, Catalunya, Las Ramblas, Drassanes, Paral. Lel , Poble Sec, Espanya ...)
