This charming and comfortable villa has a private pool and a fantastic sea view. It has a beautiful garden surrounded by bougainvillea and palms. The villa is located in the quiet area of Venta la Nuza in El Campello, on the Costa Blanca. Villa Mara is a fantastic holiday destination for families with children who want to enjoy the peace and comfort of their own villa on their holiday. It is currently completely renovated to meet latest comfort and standards.
Prepare a wonderful meal in the new full equipment kitchen or enjoy a glass of wine while reading a good book on the terrace overlooking the private swimming pool which provides some coolness on warm days. The nearest beach is only 200m from the home.

Summary: Pros: The beautiful pool and garden area . Cons: No mention of access to property . The pictures gave the impression the Villa was accessible from road level . We booked because there was was a bedroom on this leve However, when we arrived , we saw the elevated position and the amount of steps needed to access property . we were worried our family member who is disabled would not cope with the steps to the property. It was really a struggle and we would have thought twice about booking had we known . The area is beautiful but a car is essential, unless able bodied . The proximity to the tram is good , as no shops are in area .
