Chilltown is a coastal cottage situated within walking distance to a number of beaches, and offers the most spectacular view of the stunning Burrill Lake and Pidgeon House mountain.
The house, although built in the 1950s, is fairly modern inside and boasts high ceilings and large windows that allow natural light to flood the living spaces. The open plan kitchen area is perfect for entertaining and spending time with loved ones, whilst taking in the amazing view from the large deck. The living room on the upper level features a comfortable sofa and armchair. A flat-screen TV and air conditioning making it the perfect spot to curl up with a good book or watch a movie on those cosy evenings.
The kitchen features many appliances and essential pantry items needed to prepare delicious meals. Outside on the large deck there is a BBQ and dining table that seats eight people comfortably. There is also a hammock and large outdoor beanbag to relax in, providing an ideal space to enjoy the beautiful lake views while sipping on a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.
