Simple tidy 3 bedroom home (2 x queen beds, 1 x king single and 1 x single trundle) on the quiet south side of Hat Head Creek. 300m to the footbridge when walking over to the town beach or creek for a swim/snorkel or to 'The Gap'. Best location for whale watching in winter. Has nice kitchen, sunny open plan living/dining with air con. There is a wooden outdoor setting, bbq and 2nd shower and toilet in the laundry. Off street parking for your car and boat and still have room for the kids to run and play. Surrounded by natural flora and fauna with kangaroos visiting regularly.
‘Chrisscliffs’ offers fantastic rock fishing, glorious bushwalks, surf beaches and a tidal creek perfect for paddle boarding and snorkeling right behind the house. Whale watching is amazing during winter (they swim so close to the shore you won't even need binoculars!) Head up the Gap and take the path over to Connors beach for the best viewing spots.
There is a walk bridge over to the caravan park and bowling club with a kids' playground nearby. The licensed bowling club has a restaurant (please contact them for opening hours
The Hat Head General Store offers a great range of grocery items and alcohol.
The nearest supermarket is in South West Rocks about a 25 minutes drive north or Kempsey 30 mins west (Home delivery available; Coles or Woolworths).
