Located on a lightly traveled in-town lane, this two-bedroom Bungalow-style cottage features one-level living. There is new furniture and paint throughout, as well as a new deck, outdoor shower, and landscaping.

Summary: The onslaught of “paperwork” before coming was excessive and it felt unfriendly. I’ve been coming to the Vineyard for 50 years and yet I had a difficult time finding your office to get the key. Jay was friendly and finally came to our car. House was well located and easy to find. When we arrived the inside door was covered with thousands of ants.. we found ant spray under the sink and after we vigorously sprayed, my sister-in-law slipped on the spray coming in the door and fell. Also, the washer didn’t work. I would not rent this property again.
