The top floor has ocean views, a living area and the master suite, complete with walk in wardrobe and ensuite with a spa bath. There is also a separate powder room for your guests. Sit on the front balcony and take in the fresh ocean air.
The ground floor is home to another 2 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and the other with a double bed serviced by a main bathroom downstairs, which also has a bath and separate toilet making it perfect for families or friends.
There is also another lounge with an outdoor sitting area leading onto the fully fenced, grassed lawn, making this a fabulous pet friendly holiday home. A double automatic lock up garage is accessible from the laneway and has a separate laundry area and an outside shower. This property is fantastic and pets are welcome!
Repeat guests will delight to find out that in 2021 the carpets have been replaced, the Queen mattress has been replaced, the floors have been resurfaced and some furniture has been reupholstered and replaced.
The Barbeque has been removed due to repeated damage from the harsh salt air elements. Public Barbeque's are located in the parklands close by which are available to use.
