Negative: Sheets were dirty and disarray as if not freshly washed. No washcloths were provided. Bathroom not as clean as I would expect. The next morning I went down to the breakfast area and even though breakfast was over, there was bread out so I was going to make a price of toast for my daughter. The staff lady snapped at me that breakfast ended an hour ago and I couldn’t plug in the toaster. Rude.
