Summary:
Welcome to Fortson, Georgia. Located in the suburbs of Columbus and home of Fort Benning. This home sits minutes away from the best dining and shopping area in Columbus GA. It also provides quick access to I-185 for 20min travel to the gate of Fort Benning and rapid access to Auburn and Atlanta.

The Space:
Guests will enter the home through the front covered porch. If coming at night, your path is lit with motion detection lighting. As you enter the front door, you are welcomed into a spacious open floor plan. Walking straight in you will pass the fireplace with 65 inch TV overlooking a large living room area that is able to accommodate 8 people comfortably. Just past the living room, you enter the dining area with seating for six, with a breakfast bar to accommodate an additional three. The kitchen provides all the amenities to include large LG refrigerator, built in microwave over glass top stove and a high efficiency, whisper quiet dishwasher. From the dining area, you will look out large sliding glass door into a large backyard with pines. The patio features a gas grill which is perfect to enjoy the crisp night air! When night comes, guests can take advantage of the five nicely sized bedrooms to relax and sleep. In the morning, there are three full bathrooms to allow ample space to start the day with oversized hot water heater. The master bedroom will provide extra room and privacy and includes a walk in shower. 1GB wifi will take care of all your streaming and online needs. If you're staying for a while, the group will have two washers and two dryers to facilitate laundry. So come relax, morning or evening, on the wrap-around porch in the peaceful southern pines of Ivy Park in Fortson, Georgia. This is extremely quiet and serene. Safe and secure. If you need anything, your host is within walking distance.
