This house is tucked onto a quiet, tree-lined street in the most sought after part of Westchester, the turn-back-the-clock quaint, North Kentwood. A mile in either direction from the through-traffic of Sepulveda and Lincoln Blvds, Kentwood has charmingly flown under the radar despite its quaint, midcentury appeal and easy access to Los Angeles in every direction.
A 2.5 mile walk, bike or drive will get you to Play del Rey beach (west), Marina del Rey and Venice (North) or Manhattan Beach (South). If you're coming from the airport it's a $20, 5-minute Uber/taxi to the house.
If you have a car, there's a 4-spot, private driveway, as well as ample, free street parking. (WE HAVE A TOYOTA SIENNA MINIVAN AVAILABLE FOR A SEPARATE RENAL FEE; WE"LL CHECK AVAILABILITY UPON INQUIRYAND SEND A SEPARATE LINK TO BOOK.)
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, his/hers reading lights and a bathroom with a heavenly steam shower. The 2nd bedroom also has a queen-sized bed. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin-sized beds. There is also a king-sized bed in the 4th bedroom - a detached ADU suite - allowing this home to comfortably host up to 8 guests. (The ADU suite is separate from the central heating/AC system.)
The living room features a TV with Amazon Fire TV Stick where you can enjoy watching Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, HBO Max, and Disney+. There is also a super-fast fiber-optic Wi-Fi access and Sonos multi-zone, hardwired, audio system.
The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped with everything you need and the perfect place to eat and relax after a long day of sightseeing or working.
There is also an infrared Sauna that can help you relax during your stay!
Best of all, this home also includes beautiful back and front yards with an outdoor kitchen, gas BBQ, refrigerator, kids sandbox, his/hers adult bicycles, rowing machine, herb garden, avocado and fig trees, herb garden and a gas fire pit.
A washer and a dryer are also ensuite for guests to use! Please note that the water in the house is fully filtered and the water in the kitchen small tap (including instant hot water) is double filtered.
