The Property Coté Sud composed of 1 main Villa and 2 bungalows whcih can be rented separately with full privacy. It is situated on Intendance Road which leads to the most beautiful beach of Mahé which is Intedance Beach -1 KM of white of powdery sand and turquoise sea - 3 minutes by car and 15 mins walking.
GLI ARANCI is the main villa is 255 sqm and has 2 double rooms – The master bedroom has 1 Kingsize bed and 1 sofa bed. The 2nd room has 1 double bed – 2 exra single beds can be added in the living room.
The Villa consists of wide roofed veranda decorated with a dining table, 6 chairs and sofa set; spacious living room with antique armchairs, armchairs, table, wooden settee, wall sofas, 1dining room with a table and 6 chairs and library shelf; the kitchen features a big fridge/freezer, washing machine, electric cooker with oven, pots, dishes, cutlery and all necessary equipments; in the villa there is a good stock of linen.
The main bedroom has a king size bed and an adjacent veranda (where you can watch the sunset) furnished with 1 small sofa and 1 table; the main bathroom (4x4m) is equipped with 2 washbasins, angular bath tub, shower, bidet and WC; angular bath tub, shower, bidet and WC;
The second room has a double bed with adjacent bathroom with wide tub, internal showers and wash basins all decorated with mosaic gems and furnished with the best Italian products .

FIORI DI MAGGIO 110sqm It is an independent bungalow of 110sq has a sitting room leading on an open veranda and it is decorated with 2 big sofa beds , coffee tables, a cabinet, a shelf-library, and a granite rock carved in the walls;
A double room with adjacent bathroom having double shower and washbasins, bidet and WC; the bedroom's window open on the covered veranda and on the gardens; a kitchen which leads outside on a covered roof veranda with a square table decorated , as the kitchen wall, with hand- painted ceramics and four chairs, a living area and relaxing area with lounge chairs - the the kitchen is furnished with a fridge, an gas cooker, a micro-wave oven, pots, dishes and cutlery.
The floorings are made of Italian cotto.There is a good selection of linen and hot water is also available.
The Veranda is equipped with ceiling fans and aircon in the bedroom - Wireless Internet (WI-FI)
IL GIRASOLE - 65 sqm- The cobbled stone alley of the garden of Coté Sud leads you to the Gazebo decorated with a table and four chairs and a stone barbecue where you can choose to have yr meals or spend some "happy hours". Climbing a few steps with a balustrade (not shown in pic) you will reach Il Girasole which overlooks the green lush vegetation of the property and also the well kept exotic garden. The bedroom is spacious and is beautifully decorated with a double bed, closets, a small fridge, a shelf-library, and a safe. The floor is a mosaic of precious Takamaka wood trunks. The en-suite bathrooms has a bathtub, double wash basins decorated with gems of mosaic giving the room a rare luminous effect; the same style continues on the walls of the shower and that of the bidet and toilet. The floor is of italian "cotto". There is hot water and a good choice of linen. The bugalow has a big covered terrace furnished with 2 armchairs, coffeee table. The kitchen is also located on the covered veranda and has 2 electric cooking plate, 1 oven/grill, toaster, electric kettle and it is well equipped.

The villas are fully equipped. They are located at 800m from the Intendance Beach and 500 metres from the famous 5 star resort Banyan Tree and Hilton Resort where our guests con go for dinner /Spa and beaches.
In the vicinity there are other nice beaches and small restaurants on the beach at 5 mins drive. The 4 well stocked Supermarkets are very close to the Property Coté Sud for your shopping.
The bus stop is a 2 mins walk from the Property - We do recommend the rent of a car to tour the island and to discover the beautiful beaches around.
There is a standard room in the property for €100 per night (for 2 people). For more people, an extra payment will be charged for (€28 per bed / per night) with a maximum occupancy of 3 people.
