Summary:
Welcome to our 3-bedroom/2-bathroom cottage that can sleep 7 guests! We are nestled back into pine trees with lots of privacy, but only minutes from restaurants, a coffee shop, a brewery, hiking, and more! Less than five minutes to Waid Recreation Park! Don't forget to check out the farmer's market- open every day but Sunday! Family-friendly and pets are welcome with a fee. We would love to host you!
The Space:
Guests will enter through the front door using a lockbox and traditional key. Immediately inside is the dining room with an ornamental fireplace and dining table for four. Through the dining room is the living room with a chaise sofa, a comfy chair, and a tv. Beyond the living room is the fully-equipped kitchen. We provide essential kitchenware items so you can prepare meals during your stay. A hightop counter in the kitchen with three stools adds additional seating space for meals.
Our home has a split-bedroom layout. The first bedroom has a queen and a twin bed. The second has a queen bed. The third has a queen bed. Both bathrooms feature a shower/tub combination.
We hope you find some time to enjoy the view from our beautiful front porch rocking chairs!

Guest Access:
The house has a lockbox with a key at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
