This 2-bedroom apartment is in the heart of the Village of Hunter. The apartment sleeps 6 (2 full beds & one pullout couch.) The 2nd bedroom is accessed through the 1st bedroom and/or the bathroom. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the Hunter Mountain Ski Lodge. It is a very short walk (3-5 minutes) to several businesses in the village such as Mama's Pizzeria, Mac Gregor's Pub, Bagels & More, and Peking Garden Chinese Restaurant. We don't have cable TV but access is given to our Netflix account on a smart TV. The apartment is a very short drive to Tannersville (5 minutes), Kaaterskill Falls (10 minutes) and North-South Lake & Campground (10 minutes). Hunter Mountain (10 minute walk to the lodge) hosts events throughout the year such as Tap Fest, Taste of Country Music Festival, German Alps Festival, and Oktoberfest. Summary: Kitchen and bath OK. The rest of house needs major updates. Beds full size, old, uncomfortable. Bring your own pillows. Be better if they took dresser's out of bedrooms and put in queens. Smells musty, uneven floors, 3 different types of old carpeting. Location and host excellent.
