This home sleeps 4 comfortably. 2 bedrooms / 1 bath. Huge GREAT room with fireplace. Incredible Kitchen! Both bedrooms have queen pillowtop beds. Air mattresses onsite if needed. Young Deer boat ramp 1 mile.
Cottage has smart TVs with streaming and WIFI. Fireplace inside. Fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, gas grill, lots of different sized vests, play toys (noodles, & kayaks). Nicely decorated, has all the comforts of home and all the necessities. Chairs on the dock to relax, as you swim, fish, or watch the sunset.
Whether you are into boating, water sports, fishing, hunting, golfing, hiking or shopping you won’t find a more convenient location on the lake.

Summary: We can't say enough good things about our stay at the Cozy Cottage on Lake Lanier! Kim is an incredible host and the house was furnished with everything you could need or want. We were thrilled to be able to bring our dog Yogi and host family for BBQs at the lake. We made so many wonderful memories, that we'll look back on for years to come. Swimming off the dock kept us cool and the kayaks and paddleboard were fun for play. The beds are so comfy. We look forward to coming back again!
