In front of the cottage is a manicured lawn and a gas fire pit. It has a high-speed wireless internet connection if you need to keep in touch with business or friends. It is close to the Tiburon bike path and Blackie's pasture, about 3 miles from 'downtown' Tiburon and the ferry.
