Summary: This property worked well for 3 of us (2 adults and 1 college age offspring) while visiting family in the area. It's a charming, cozy older cottage in a quiet neighborhood not far from the lake. Be advised that there are stairs to enter, some steps inside (a full flight to get to the king sized bed in the loft room - bathroom is on the main level), and uneven floors in various places (including a very small step up to the 2 lower level bedrooms). I would NOT suggest this property to anyone with balance/mobility concerns. There's a nice dining area with seating for 6 and a comfortable living area. The wifi worked fine. It is only 1 quite cozy bathroom and a very snug kitchen (was fine for us, but might not work for some people). The photos are very accurate. The neighborhood is quiet and very pleasant - it is one of those narrow road, no sidewalk areas. But there's not a lot of traffic, so walking to the lake was pleasant.
