Only 5 minute walk one of Sydneys best beaches - Curl Curl with Freshwater Beach just a short walk. One minute walk to public transport to go to Sydney CBD or Manly. Extremely clean with ducted air conditioning for a family escape. This home has been set up to cater for families, with 2 TV & lounge rooms and 2 seperate dining and cooking areas on seperate levels. As well as a huge outdoor deck area with BBQ, pool and gazebo. 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms.
Set over three levels with two sets of internal stairs the house is polished floorboards throughout. There are two seperate living areas both with cooking facilities , lounges and TV. There is plenty of space to have a very comfortable stay low maintenance. Ducted air-conditioning throughout. There are plenty of children toys to play with, board games, netflix and free WIFI access. External Hot /Cold Beach Shower, locked front gate with security pin and camera so you can see who is at front. We have three children so house is child friendly. Beautiful grassed area with devine pool and undercover gazebo.
House not on a main road! Easy walk to beautiful beachs, public transport and parks. Great beach cliff walks from curl curl to Dee why then have coffee at Dee why or walk the other way and go from curl curl to freshwater and have something at one of many cafes there. Walking distance to great cafes and resturants and a huge new shopping mall ( Warringah Mall only 8 minute drive). All places and walking times listed in things to do. Close walking to two great kids parks. Jacka Park in Freshwater and Curl Curl Lagoon.
