There is 1 x queen sized bed in bedroom one

1 x king single bed in bedroom three
1 single full size day bed in the open combined office area. There is a fold out screen which can be utilised to provide privacy for the guest staying in this space.
Note: If a booking is made for 1 guest, only 1 bed is to be slept in, if 2 guests are booked, a maximum of 2 beds can be slept in and so on. Extra beds that are used beyond the number of guests staying will be charged at a rate of $30 per night
The yard is gated and safe. The cottage has a functional kitchen with all cooking utensils, pots and pans at the ready if you like to self cater. The kitchen also has a toaster, kettle, microwave and pod coffee machine. Tea and coffee are also provided.
There is also a gas BBQ under cover at the back of the cottage along with outdoor setting for al fresco dining. The home also has a washing machine, dryer, fold away cot, and high chair. There is also a 2nd toilet in the outside laundry. Parking is catered for with a carport with lockable gate.
Hardy Avenue is a quiet tree lined street located in the hospital precinct which means it's a 2 minute walk to Calvary Private Hospital and a 5 minute walk to the Wagga Wagga Rural Referral Hospital. A great, safe location for families and an easy stroll to the CBD with close proximity to restaurants, pubs and cafes.
