The first bedroom is located on your right as you enter the home, and features a queen bed with soft pillows and high quality linens. Continuing down the hallway the first floor bathroom is complete with a shower/tub combo and large vanity area. The spacious downstairs living room has two plush leather sofas that give everyone the best seat in front of the crackling electric fireplace and flat screen TV, perfect for a family game night or movie night! The cozy dining room sits conveniently in between the living room and the kitchen, opening up the entire downstairs for easy transitions from room to room. The dining room provides a comfortable place for everyone to sit down and enjoy a meal and overlooks the private back patio. The fully furnished kitchen has all of the modern appliances you need to prepare, enjoy and clean up after a family meal. The ample counter space, custom cabinets and wide variety of dishware and utensils allow you to serve meals with ease. Just off of the dining and living rooms are two sliding glass door to the back patio, which features a round table with six patio chairs, and a propane BBQ for grilling.
As you enter the upstairs, you're welcomed by a second spacious family room with two comfortable sofas, and access to a second story patio overlooking the back of the property.
