Newly remodeled furnished condo. This country club is located across the street from the JW Desert Springs Marriott and is within walking distance to top area restaurants and grocery stores.
Property is near Palm Desert shopping district El Paseo and less then two miles from Acrisure Arena! If you plan to do any hiking make sure to let me know. I will provide you information on the best trails in the area, including where you are most likely to find the Bighorn Sheep.
Two furnished bedrooms, two full bathrooms, office space, laundry room, living room, kitchen and patio. Located in Palm Desert, this condo overlooks a pool and spa and this guard gated community offers a clubhouse restaurant and bar, full fitness center with weight room, tennis courts and 18 hole golf course. For pickleball lovers, this property features 8 courts and has open play daily from 8am-12pm.

Summary: My family came out for a quick weekend to golf and swim. Matt was an incredibly kind and considerate host. The house fit the four of us perfectly and it was wonderful to have the pool right outside. We will definitely return.
