This home boasts a prime location, right around the corner from an access point to Seabright Beach (one of the only state beaches that allows bonfires at night). A few blocks further and you'll be at the harbor, where you can book a charter or rent paddleboards and kayaks. There's so much more to do and see in Santa Cruz - the rides and games of the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk (one mile), shops and art galleries downtown (one mile), and serene hikes through Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park (eight miles). When you're not getting around on foot or by bike, a single parking spot is provided (a rarity in this area).
Beach days are a breeze here, with chairs, an umbrella, and even boogie boards provided for your use. Upon your return home in the afternoon, you'll have a fenced garden patio where you can set the table for a sunset dinner and unwind in the salty sea breeze.
Each day begins in the sunroom upstairs - a bright and breezy space where you can open the windows, relax with your morning coffee, and take in a lovely view of the ocean and neighborhood. Downstairs, the living area is full of sunlight, from the well-equipped kitchen and dining room to the living room overlooking Seabright Avenue. In the evenings, leave your swimsuits to spin in the laundry room, catch up on email over the complimentary WiFi, and curl up to stream movies on the living room's smart TV.
