If you are needing to be close to Sherwood, NLR or Little Rock, you will have close access to all the area offers. You will be close to all the hospitals. In 30 min, you can also be in Conway or Searcy for work or pleasure.

The space
Wow! This home is a perfect place to settle in and make it your home. The place is nicely updated with new floors, paint, all new appliances and furnishings. The home was decorated to feel like you are home away from home, emphasizing a casual style. The kitchen features a coffee bar and large pantry to meet all your cooking needs. You will have two private driveways, one is a gated carport leading out to a fenced-in yard.
You are less than a mile to downtown Jacksonville for all your shopping needs. Easy access to I-67, and you will find yourself to I-40 in around 10 minutes.
There are 4-bedrooms, with the master having it's own bathroom. Two additional bathrooms will be sure to satisfy long stays.
