Fully restored duplex, in traditional house of casco antiguo. Very quiet neighbourhood yet very close to bars and restaurants, 10 mins walk to the beach and 3 mins to a public car park.
This is a recently renovated duplex. The living room and open plan kitchen are very bright and sunny with lovely views and open on to a private patio. There is a 120 cm sofa in the living room. On the lower floor, there is an ensuite bedroom with a double king size bed, a second room with 1 single bed and a 135 cm double bed and a bathroom with a walk in shower.
The entire house has 2 floors, the duplex holds the 1st and 2nd floor, there is a small apartment on the ground floor.
The apartment sleeps 4 people very comfortably, in 2 individual rooms. A sofa bed of 120 cm is available in the living room for 1 or 2 extra guests, with curtains to shut the bed off from the living room and kitchen, allowing for privacy. The rental is intended for 4 people. For each additional guest beyond 4, an additional 10 euros / night will be charged.
The upstairs living room, kitchen and patio are secured with a baby protection barrier.

Parties are not allowed. Fortunately the flat is located in a very calm area of the old town and the neighbourhood has a strong commitment to keep it this way.
A fee of 40 euros is paid for cleaning, but that does not include washing dishes or emptying the rubbish bags. Guests are required to dispose of their own rubbish. Failure to get rid of accumulated trash will result in a charge of 50 euros from the deposit.
Staying in this area has many charms, but also the discomfort of not having containers on the same street. You can find containers at the entrance of the Parking Municipal and also at the junction between c/ Cilla and c/ Amador de los Ríos. Not far.
