An elegant and large traditional Minorcan villa recently purchased by an Italian couple in love with the island.
Completely independent, it allows you to enjoy the sea view from the terrace on which the private swimming pool is located and a functional outdoor kitchen with barbecue.
Located in the extreme tip of the island, on the south-west coast, close to several small beaches and fantastic coves with transparent and turquoise waters and immediately behind the sandy beach of Punta Prima, reachable on foot.
A lovely large and welcoming house with sea view.
All rooms are very large and well-kept. The kitchen is spacious with a large peninsula with stools. The double living room with sofas and dining room open onto the porch.
Large French windows, traditional Menorcan furniture with wainscoting and wooden cabinets created by a master cabinetmaker, the terrace with a well-kept swimming pool and the view of the sea and the island of Aire create a very relaxing Mediterranean atmosphere.
Here you can easily enjoy the beauty of a sunset over the sea, sitting on the terrace with a glass of good wine listening to the breaking of the waves or enjoying a barbeque illuminated by the lighthouse of the island of Aire.

Summary: The villa was perfect. The inside and outdoor spaces suited our family, ages ranging from 3 to 80, really well. The pool is lovely, the location brilliant and the beach and swimming beautiful.
