Great location across from Park, Tennis and Handball courts!
**A note from the owner:** We are looking for guests who can appreciate a very nice, quiet beach front area in Newport Beach. Our neighbors on both sides are full time residents and enjoy the beach and a peaceful lifestyle all year long. This in NOT a party house, but a home to have a relaxing, luxurious vacation by the sea.

Bedding: Blankets, mattress pads, bed spreads, sheets and towels are provided!
Kitchen/Supplies: Our kitchens are supplied with all the basic dishes, utensils and cookware needed for everyday cooking. We also stock some cleaning supplies and dry goods such as paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, trash bags, foil, etc. to help you begin your vacation however you may need to purchase additional supplies during your stay. We do not provide certain cooking items including salt, pepper, cooking oil, etc. as well as specialty cookware.
You may want to bring: Laundry detergent, beach chairs/equipment, paper plates/plastic cutlery, extra beach towels, pens and paper, etc.
