Summary: This house is in a great, safe location to access the Delta. It has an amazing kitchen perfect for family style meals. Downstairs was clean and cool. There were plenty of bedrooms for you and your friends upstairs, but the carpet is very dirty and stained and probably needs a deep professional cleaning or replacement. The hot tub could have fit all of us weather permitting , however the water was dingy and it could use a drain and clean. Our secondary shower bath was damage prior to our arrival and had to be repaired during our stay. That resulted in our group enduring the strong smell of epoxy and only being able to use one shower after all day at the Delta.
