There’s room for the whole family - and probably some friends too - at this peaceful and private cottage in the woods. Stretch out across spacious living rooms with beautiful stone fireplaces, cook up a feast in the enormous kitchen, and feel warm grass between your toes as you explore the lush garden and woods.
Though close to Chester, the property is on a quiet rural road. You’ll be able to hear the birds sing and trees sway gently in the breeze as you relax and unwind.
Situated just off Route 94 in a sleepy little village, you’ll find our cottage nestled among the trees. Surrounded by trees and grass, it’s perfect for little kids (and big kids!). There’s plenty of space to park up.
Once inside, you’ll find a spacious cottage tastefully updated to modern standards. There’s five bedrooms, each with beautifully comfortable double beds - fresh sheets and towels are provided. The sofas turn into beds, if you have extra guests.
The kitchen is fully-equipped, and we’ve provided all the utensils you might need. You’ll find complimentary toiletries in the bathrooms.
I want to make sure you have a pleasant, hassle-free stay! To ensure you have the best experience possible and to maintain the property and the good relationship with the community, here are additional house rules:
• Lost keys or forgotten keys incur a replacement fee; the minimum charge is $300
• Any type of illegal activity is strictly prohibited
• Unauthorized early check-in and late check-out charge is $500 plus the equivalent amount of the night(s) impacted
• Please complete the verification, and either pay a $1000 refundable security deposit (which will be returned after check-out), or choose to pay a non-refundable $70 damage waiver fee instead. This process is managed by the verification platform Superhog.
