Very nice tree with high standards in a complex built in 2013. One of Side´s best locations on a hill overlooking the cityscape and the sea. Several restaurants within 300 m and about 1200 m to the east beach.
The apartment has a kitchen / living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom has two single beds and the other (master bedroom) has a double bed, bathroom en suite and a wonderful balcony facing the pool. The second balcony with exit from the kitchen / living room faces west which gives a wonderful sunset and sea view. The living room has two 3-seater sofas that are foldable with a simple grip. In the apartment there is washing machine, separate AC in each room, 47 "LED TV, DVD, wi-fi, full kitchen with electric / gas stove.

Only 15 minutes walk or free shuttle (peak season) to the eastern shore, among the best in Turkey.
