Dine outdoors on the deck with the large gas grill and dining table, or become mesmerized with the sights and sounds of the ocean as you relax on the chaise lounges or conversation seating area. Privacy abounds on the 1.07 acre lot, near a grove of immense redwood trees forging their path to the ocean. Sink into the large adirondack chairs with your favorite book, on a patio overlooking a quiet, peaceful and colorful garden, where quail and song birds delight in their paradise. A garden path leads up to a private bench. Another path leads to the new hot tub with powerful jets and a special Cal Spas ozonator cleaning system. A bathroom with hand shower opens up to the side deck near the hot tub, offering a clean-up area after a romp on one of the many beautiful local beaches.
