Welcome to Villa Fontante! Turn back time and feel what it must have been like to live back in the mid-century era. Villa Fontante, Tom Jones former digs, is in Bel Air's Billionaire row, replete with famous neighbors, dramatic downtown views and is minutes from Bel Air Hotel, Bel Air Country Club, The Getty, UCLA, Westwood, and other local amenities.
The home is retro modern and appointed with an eclectic mix of furniture and furnishings. Enjoy a dip in the pool while taking in the city views!
The space
Guests have private use of the entire 2 acre estate, including pool, BBQ and parking for numerous cars.
Parts of this home have recently been updated. The interior has all been painted, the kitchen has been updated with a new dishwasher, large 42" sink, faucet and oven. Some of the furniture has also been upgraded such as a new large living room couch - which turns into a sleeper, some new bedframes and mattresses, and new outdoor furniture.
Note that the house itself though is NOT NEW and there are areas where it does show its age. Note that the pool and some of the flooring, especially bright white surfaces become distressed and scratched. In particular the bottom of the pool is somewhat black from the age of the plaster. However, our pool cleaner is amazing and is there twice a week.
If you understand the above, appreciate eclectric furnishings and furniture and want a GREAT value for the home's size and location, Villa Fontante is a great choice.

Other things to note
There are surveillance cameras on site in the entry and backyard, both outside.
The pool heater is not turned on unless requested and there is an additional fee of $245 per day. If you would like to have the pool heated, please notify me at least 48 hours prior to your arrival.
Absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed in the house. There is a $500 penalty for any violation.
If you would like to host a small event at the house, please discuss with the host beforehand. We charge an event fee depending on the number of people.
