The detached holiday home is the ideal holiday home for people who prefer a comfortable modern ambience. The entire complex including all rooms and the spa and the garden was completely modernized until April 2013 and completely refurbished.
The holiday home has a new 8 x 4 meters large illuminated swimming pool, which borders directly on the spacious terrace and is intended for the exclusive use of our guests. Since the spring of 2016, the pool has a solar-powered heating system that offers our guests a pleasant water temperature almost throughout the year. A solar-heated outdoor shower is also available right next to the pool.
There is a high speed wireless internet connection that will keep you connected to the rest of the world during your vacation.
The entire property of "Casa El Almendro" can not be seen from the outside, so to speak. Our guests can move freely and undisturbed.
Among the features of this beautiful holiday villa, which is due to the Mallorca-like climate and the air conditioning with cooling and heating function for wintering, include a spa with corner bath and natural stone shower, a state of the art fully equipped kitchen with whirlpool electrical appliances (incl. Dishwasher, microwave with grill function, oven with grill and convection, large fridge and freezer), 3 bedrooms for up to 6 people, with TV connection and terrace exit (in 2 bedrooms), living area with 50 "TV and fireplace.
In addition to air conditioning since spring 2016, the holiday home also has its own water descaling system, which ensures our guests a soft water and thus a top drinking water quality.
Distance to the beach:
The house is near the beach. The nearest beach 'Les Salines' is within walking distance. Other romantic bays are within walking distance. The golden sandy beaches 'Forti' and 'ForaForat' run along the promenade in Vinaros.
Rental period:
The rental is weekly i. D.R. from Saturday (check-in in the afternoon from 4 pm) to Saturday (check-out until 10 am). In the winter months, we also offer long-term rental commitments.
The house is a Non smoking house. Due to the ground-level construction, the house is also suitable for seniors. Pets on request.
Support and service on site:
The tenant is a local German, English and Spanish-speaking contact person available, the mobile accessible during your stay and is happy to help with any questions.
Garage / car parking space:
The tenant has a garage and a car parking space (in front of the garage) are available.
TV connection:
In the living room, on the large pool terrace, and in all 3 bedrooms there is a TV connection. A large number of German and international TV channels can be received via the ASTRA satellite via a digital SAT receiver. The same applies to radio programs.
In the living area is a large 50'LED flat screen TV plus DVD player available. Each bedroom is equipped with its own smaller flat screen TV with DVD drive.
Music Library:
A CD collection of more than 200 CD's of various artists is at your disposal during your vacation. Note: Your iPod comes with a docking station with speakers to which you can connect your iPOD.
Nintendo Wii game console
For entertainment during your vacation, a Nintendo Wii game console is available in the house. This is equipped for 2 players and includes 3 games.
Barbecue:
The holiday home has a mobile gas grill that the renter can use. The cleaning is after use the guests.
Shops:
In the immediate vicinity (about 5-8 minutes) to your vacation home is a supermarket 'Carrefour', the weekdays zwichen 9: 30h and 22: 00h open. During the main season (July - Sept.) the market is i. D.R. Also open on Sundays until 22:00.
Notes on Pool & Garden:
Once a week, the pool is cleaned by qualified staff and the water quality is checked.
A solar-powered heating system installed on the roof in the spring of 2016 ensures that our guests always have a pleasant pool temperature in the off-season (from around March to around November).
The garden has a sprinkler system that operates at night. The garden is otherwise maintained by a gardener.
Wash options:
In the holiday home there is a separate washing machine room. The washing machine can be used by the renter. A clothes dryer is used to dry the washed laundry.
