Stylishly furnished holiday flat with sea views of the large sandy beach The holiday flats were completed in 2015 and the building is located directly on the north-west side of the village of "El Cotillo" close to the beach in the north of Fuerteventura.
The small but cosy balcony offers you the opportunity to enjoy breakfast or a small snack with a view of the sea. You can also experience the beautiful, fiery red sunsets in the evening from the balcony. The communal roof terrace, with a view of the large beaches and the 17th century fortress tower, was only renovated in June 2017 and is equipped with sun loungers, a table and chairs. You can also enjoy your lunch or dinner here. At lunchtime, the awning provides a shady spot.
The 40m² holiday flat is located on the first floor of a block of flats and can accommodate two people. It consists of a living/dining area, which is furnished with a table and chairs, additional seating and a satellite TV. The open-plan kitchen has a ceramic hob, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer compartment, a kettle, a filter coffee machine and an espresso pot.
