Summary: This was right on the water and literally every window had water views. (Note: there are 4 units and I think some have water views from only some windows). I was very impressed with the attention to detail. This is an older houseboat but 100% modern reno inside. It had a washer dryer, induction stove, oven, microwave, full-size fridge/freezer, and actually two dishwashers. The bed was comfortable if a little firm. We had a wraparound deck (narrow but usable) with big comfortable chairs.overlooking the water.The bathroom was clean and functional, but as it is a houseboat there was a little odor, nothing too bad but you noticed it when you entered and then quickly forgot about it. Also, Harold is very good about warning you about tides but it's a reality there and you do have to be careful where you park.It is not walking distance to much, but a very short drive to lots of stuff. I would caution that if you plan to spend most of your time in downtown Sausalito (ie. the place you've seen all the photos of) this condo could be a great place to stay but is not walkable from there.
