Our small cottage is free standing in a group of five located between Easton's Beach (1st Beach, Newport) and Sachuest Beach (2nd Beach, Middletown), on Purgatory Road right on the Middletown/Newport line.
Artfully decorated in the Aloha Style and renovated with a new kitchen, laundry and unique pebbled floor beach bath as well a private outdoor shower and fireplace. The living room is equipped with a small flat screen TV, a DVD player, a stereo and WiFi.
There are 2 bedrooms as shown. Due to local ordinances, the maximum capacity is limited to 3 adults; may have one additional child 12 years of age or under as a 4th person.
The cottage is small and cozy at ~620 square feet.
Walk down to either beach (8 minutes to closest end of 1st/Easton's beach and 12 minutes to closest end of 2nd/Sachuest beach) or take a 5-10 minute drive or more leisurely bike ride downtown.
The property has dedicated parking for 2 cars, and a private hedge enclosed yard for your summer cookouts and relaxation.
If you prefer to dine out take a stroll down to Aquidneck Ave. for restaurants within walking distance, or take a short drive or bike ride to Thames street for an variety of eclectic dining, shopping and nightlife spots.
We have outdoor furniture, a gas grill, ice chests, and beach chairs for your use.
If you are looking for a quiet relaxing getaway this is the place for you, however if you are looking to have many visitors or party, this is not. Sorry, no pets allowed.
