Deer Valley Greyhawk has one of the best locations in the area - right between Deer Valley Resort and Park City Historic Main Street. You will be close to all the wonderful attractions and activities offered by Deer Valley and Park City.
This home offers plenty of upscale features and amenities within its 1,275 square feet. You will find two bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms and plenty of space to sleep up to 8 guests.
You will access the front door of this condo from either the stairway or the convenient elevator. Upon entering the home, you will first find the convenient mudroom, then a hallway with ski storage. Go up the first flight of stairs, and you will be in the main level great room with the living room, kitchen and dining area.
Living Room: In the living room, you'll find comfortable furnishings and a cozy gas fireplace. There's a Smart TV with a DVD player for all your favorite shows and movies. The room has an open and airy feel with the vaulted ceilings and a large window that brings in the mountain views. Summary: Greyhawk is well located between Deer Valley Snow Park Lodge and Park City. The building is right on the shuttle route and walkable from Park City in good weather. Location was good for our family, however crossing the street for the shuttle on the other side is not easy. This building is built into the side of the hill so access is only available by a lot of stairs. There is an elevator inside the underground parking garage, however the units themselves also have a lot of additional stairs. There is no outdoor space around the condos so that was a negative for the children as there was no where for them to go out and play in the snow.
