Positive: We spent a few dreamy days at Grey House in Kričke, just a few minutes from Drniš, and honestly – it felt like we pressed pause on the world and let ourselves breathe again. Check-in was effortless – the key was waiting in a secure box right by the door, and all we had to do was complete a quick online form via the mVisitor app. No waiting, no rushing – just a smooth arrival into a place that instantly felt like home. Each morning started with our favorite ritual – making coffee at the lovely little coffee station right in front of the house, and sipping it slowly in the garden, surrounded by the soft sounds of nature and warm sunshine. It was peaceful, grounding, and something we already miss. The heated pool was a perfect way to relax during the day – just the right temperature and always inviting. If you're traveling with children, the soft grassy lawn with children's facilities, next to the pool, is a dream. The outdoor space is beautifully laid out for both rest and connection. Right next to the garden, there's a large outdoor fireplace and a charming social area in front of the house, where we spent our evenings under the stars, grilling, laughing, and simply enjoying the moment. Inside, the house is cozy and thoughtfully designed. The beds are incredibly comfortable (you’ll sleep like a baby), and the dining area is spacious enough for sharing long meals, even on cooler nights. And while you feel tucked away in nature, you're just a short drive from Drniš, a picturesque town with everything you need: shops, bakeries, and restaurants. Don’t miss having your morning coffee on the main square—it’s pure local charm. And make sure to stop by Pizzeria Mate – their pizza might just be one of the best we’ve ever had. Grey House is not just a place to stay—it’s a place to slow down, reconnect, and fall more in love with life. We left with light hearts and happy souls… and we can’t wait to come back.
