Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The location was great. Overall the condo was in good condition.

Negative: I normally wouldn’t mind but in the middle of my trip, repairman showed up and worked all day with saws, hammers and wood all over the place and it was not comfortable to have the patio slider open or to sit out there. The construction team was very polite and they were surprised we were there. They were told the property was not occupied. I contacted Vacasa and they kept saying they would get back to me regarding some way of compensating me for the inconvenience but to this day, they have not responded.

Summary: Property was nice, could be better. Management company really needs to focus on follow up.
