Positive: The location and how comfortable and clean it was

Negative: The top part of the window wasn’t closing so the noise of construction was a bit annoying, but room temperature was always great with the heater and fan. The bathroom was very small, but functional.

Summary: Perfect location, super clean and comfortable!
