The fully equipped kitchen offers easy access to the laundry/mudroom/garage while opening out to the light and airy dining/living area where you will find washed pine vaulted ceilings as well as premiere Pella windows and French doors out to the front and side sitting porches. The kitchen is lined with custom cherry cabinets, includes all major appliances, and also has two sink areas plus a peninsula island for ample food prep space and informal meals/conversations on the high bar chairs.
The master bedroom with custom king bed, ample closet space, and accessibility bathroom are on the first floor, with private entrance to a side sitting porch.
The second floor has two bedrooms (one with bunk/two twin beds and one with a queen bed and a private sitting alcove), one full bath, and common areas with a single sleeper chair and a queen sleeper sofa.
